Brothership Coming to Nintendo Switch
New Game in the Mario Luigi Series Set to Release Worldwide on November 7
REDMOND, Wash.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Brothership, the latest installment in the Mario Luigi series of video games, will be released worldwide for the Nintendo Switch on November 7. The game will be the sixth main installment in the series, and the first original entry since Mario.
Brothership will feature the return of Mario and Luigi, as well as a host of new characters. The game will take place on an island-hopping adventure, and will feature new moves and abilities for the Mario Bros. Players will have to rely on Mario and Luigi's brotherly bond to succeed, as they work together to overcome obstacles and defeat enemies.
"Brothership is a celebration of the bond between brothers," said Nintendo of America President Reggie Fils-Aime. "This game will be a fun and challenging experience for players of all ages, and we can't wait to see everyone playing it on November 7."
Brothership will be available for purchase at retail stores and the Nintendo eShop.
